The school is situated on approximately 3.2 hectares (7 acres) of land which is maintained regularly by the groundsperson and community working bees when necessary. In the school grounds the students have access to two adventure playgrounds, a practice cricket pitch, a half court tennis/basketball as well as the huge open area that the site provides.
With its large cleared play area, the school is a designated landing site for the Care Flight helicopter. Annual visits by the helicopter to the school demonstrate the importance of having such a valuable, fast response rescue service.
The school is made up of three main buildings. There is the administration block, the early education centre and the amenities block. A double teaching area, iAccess centre, school library, staffroom and office area are situated within the administration block.
The large undercover area is ideal for play on rainy Springbrook days and the covered walkways allow easy access to all areas. Two storage sheds house sporting equipment and cleaning supplies at one end of the covered area.
